2. When using, please start the machine for 1-2 minutes, and then slowly add the raw materials into the feeding port. When about a handful of raw materials can fill the ring groove of the screw shaft head, stop feeding and conduct friction preheating. When the temperature of the standby head rises, the pressure in the chamber increases, and the spray hole starts to spray, the material shall be fed again. Since the normal temperature and pressure in the chamber have not been reached at this time, the feeding amount should be gradually increased.

3. The feeding shall be continuous and uniform, and the materials shall be dry, otherwise the spiral groove may be blocked.

4. When the screw groove is found to be blocked, do not stop the machine immediately, but run it for a while after stopping feeding until there is a burnt smell. In this way, the nozzle and spiral shaft sleeve can be prevented from being locked. In case the nozzle and spiral shaft sleeve cannot be removed, do not knock them hard. They can be removed from the machine body and burned in the fire for a while.

5. At the initial stage of operation, when the spray hole fails to spray formed products, it is often caused by the high temperature of the nozzle. The reason is that the raw materials are too dry, or there are foreign matters in the spiral groove, or the feeding is interrupted. Find out the reason according to different conditions and eliminate the fault.

6. After the operation is finished and the feeding is stopped, let the machine idle for 1 minute, and then stop the machine after discharging all the materials in the machine. Then remove the nozzle and screw sleeve while it is hot, punch out the screw shaft, remove the residue in the machine, and dredge the spray hole for reuse. Note: wear gloves during disassembly to prevent scalding.
