The corn flour nutritional powder production line takes all kinds of cereals as raw materials, which can add a variety of nutritional elements required by human body. Technological process：
Raw material crushing - raw material mixing - feeding - Extruder - drying - crushing - packaging.
1. Raw material crushing: crush corn and other raw materials to 80 mesh.
2. Powder mixer: mix the powdery raw materials with nutritional additives and a certain proportion of water.
3. Feeding machine: convey the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder.
4. Twin screw extruder: the raw materials in the feeding bucket enter the high temperature and high pressure expansion system to produce expanded particles
5. Air blower: conveying particles to the oven.
6. Microwave drying equipment: the power and speed can be controlled and adjusted. It can sterilize while drying.
7. Cooling and conveying: the temperature of cooling particle surface is conducive to crushing.
8. Pulse dust removal and crushing unit: crush into products with different fineness according to requirements
9. Packaging: fine powder can be packaged directly.
